We just got an update about a (large) DDos attack. Certain parts of the KPN network are being targeted which causes a delay. Customers with other connections are hardly bothered by this and can continue to work as usual. This also explains why e.g. Germany or home workers can work without problems. We are told that they are busy routing the attack.
For a large number of customers, this malfunction must already have been remedied. This involved a DDOS attack on KPN, which also affected our services. Customers outside this network will not have noticed any malfunction.
Due to a technical malfunction at the local internet providers there are problems reaching our services and support. We are working to solve this as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience.
